Job Results: Dentist, Practice Manager

The manager of a busy dental practice is responsible for the daily running of the practice, which includes managing non-clinical staff in addition to maintaining NHS and General Dental Council (GDC) complaints procedures, ensuring compliance with NHS requirements, health and safety legislation and fire-safety protocols. The practice manager should be of personable and professional nature and be able to lead a team. It is desirable for a practice manager to be an experienced dental nurse with relevant transferrable experience.
